April at the Loft was one of the nicest people I've worked with. As a guy, it can be a bit awkward booking a manicure and pedicure, but April made me feel at ease. No one answered the phone when I called; I assume they were busy, but she promptly called me back the same day and we set an appointment. I highly recommend her and the Loft to anyone.
